Although the law prohibits sexual intimidation at workplaces, cases of these incidents are still prevalent. No one should harass you sexually based on your gender, type of work, sexual orientation, marital status, pregnancy, or medical conditions. It's good that most company policies have provisions for reporting and handling these cases. However, you may also need legal representation in some cases. Sexual intimidation consists of physical touch and verbal comments about someone's appearance that are unwelcome and create a hostile environment at work.
